2022 Sponsorship Opportunities

The 2022 Assessment Institute offers the following levels of sponsorship opportunities ranging from Diamond, Platinum, and Gold.

Diamond Option 1 – Sponsorship of Two Institute-Wide Functions and the Institute Podcast ($5,000) SOLD OUT

Diamond Sponsorship package includes:

Recognition for sponsoring two Institute-wide functions: Sunday Welcome Reception and Monday Poster Session with Light Refreshments.
One opportunity to address Institute participants for 3-5 five minutes at the Monday Plenary Session or supplement with a 2-minute company video. If using a video, the video is subject to approval by Institute organizers and the video link must be received by August 1, 2022.
One seat drop provided by the sponsor at the Monday Plenary Session. Promotional piece subject to approval by Institute organizers.
Recognition for sponsoring the Institute podcast, Leading Improvements in Higher Education, from October 2022 through September 2023.
Electronic participant list provided to the diamond sponsor 10-days prior to the Institute. Only two outreach emails are allowed.

One pre-recorded product demonstration video to be posted on the Institute website. The video is subject to approval by Institute organizers and the video link must be received by August 1, 2022.

Opportunity to provide one electronic handout or flyer posted to the Institute website.

Platinum Option 1 – Lanyards Sponsor ($3,000) SOLD OUT
- Recognition for sponsoring lanyards.
- Company logo will be placed on the lanyards distributed to participants to use with their name badges.
Platinum Option 2 – Assessment Institute Break Service Sponsor ($3,000) SOLD OUT
- Recognition for sponsoring Institute break service: Continental breakfast, morning break service, and afternoon break service on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday.
- Signage with company logo placed at the break service stations.
Platinum Option 3 – Assessment Institute Special Topic Virtual Sessions Sponsor ($3,000) SOLD OUT
- Recognition for sponsoring five complimentary virtual sessions open to the public. The Institute will host five virtual sessions in November 2022, February 2023, April 2023, June 2023, and August 2023.
- Session topics will be determined by the Assessment Institute organizers.
- Company logo will be placed on the Assessment Institute website.
- Acknowledgement at the beginning of each session.

Platinum Sponsorships also include:

Present one 20-minute sponsor presentation if registration is received on or before August 1, 2022.
One pre-recorded product demonstration video to be posted on the Institute website. The video is subject to approval by Institute organizers and the video link must be received by August 1, 2022.
