2026 Assessment Institute Registration
The 2026 Assessment Institute in Indianapolis will be held Sunday, October 18, 2026, through Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown

Registration Details and Important Dates:
- Early registration ends ($395/person): Wednesday, July 15, 2026
- Regular registration fees go into effect ($445/person): Thursday, July 16, 2026
- Advance online registration closes: Wednesday, October 7, 2026
- Cancellation of registration deadline: Friday, October 9, 2026
- Onsite registration fees go into effect ($475/person): Sunday, October 18, 2026
Registration fees include access to all Assessment Institute educational sessions and networking opportunities, beginning with the welcome reception and poster session on Sunday at 7:00 p.m. and concluding with concurrent sessions ending on Tuesday at 5:00 p.m. Food and beverage offerings include the welcome reception and poster session on Sunday evening, continental breakfasts on Monday and Tuesday, and the late-afternoon/early-evening poster session with light refreshments on Monday.
Optional Pre-Institute Workshops take place on Sunday, October 18, 2026, for an additional fee.
Cancellation Fees:
- An administrative fee of $50 will be assessed for all cancellations made prior to midnight on Friday, October 9, 2026.
- Cancellations received on or after October 10, 2026, will only be refunded $100.
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to the Institute Registrar at iuconfs@iu.edu.
