To submit a proposal online for the 2025 Assessment Institute, which will be held as an in-person event in Indianapolis October 26–28, 2025, you will be required to submit the following materials. Please take a few moments to ensure that you have the necessary materials prepared to complete the proposal form.

- Extended Description (1-2 pages) that includes 1-5 learning outcomes for the presentation and describes how participants will be involved in achieving these outcomes. Note: If you would like your presentation considered for the Research & Practice in Assessment Best Scholarly Presentation Award, please use the RPA Presentation Award Rubric as a guide when completing your extended description (outlining the theoretical foundation; methodology, analysis, and argumentation; conclusions; and potential impact).
