Dr. Ryan Gower is the Chancellor of Illinois Eastern Community Colleges and has more than 25 years of higher education experience as an instructor and administrator. Prior to becoming the Chancellor of IECC in 2020, Dr. Gower served as the President of Lincoln Trail College. Before coming to LTC, Dr. Gower held several positions at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, including instructor, academic advisor, and Associate Dean for Undergraduate Academic Affairs and Director of the Illinois Academic Enrichment and Leadership Program at the College of Applied Health Sciences.
