Dr. Renée Delgado-Riley serves the University of Oregon as the Director of Student Life Assessment & Research. The bulk of her career in the field of Student Affairs has been as an Assessment & Research leader coordinating projects to understand early barriers impacting student success and the efficacy of interventions to better guide the field on best practices for working with students. Renée coordinates assessment and research projects to understand and address historic achievement gaps for traditionally marginalized students within the university utilizing multiple methodologies. Her motivation for culturally responsive research emerges from her own challenges as a first-generation native New Mexican student. She completed her doctorate at the University of New Mexico in Educational Psychology.
