Download the Eventsential App (Apple):

• Open the App Store on your device and search for and download "Eventsential." 
• Open the "Eventsential” app and search for "Assessment Institute.”
• Select the "Assessment Institute App" and select "Continue.”
• If you would like “Eventsential” to display on your device as the Assessment Institute, choose "Change Icon" when prompted to update the app icon.
• Click on the "2023 Assessment Institute," scroll to the bottom of the screen and select "Select This Event."
• Once you select the event you will get a message the app is being prepared
• Once the app is prepared you will be prompted to Allow or Don't Allow notifications from Eventsential. Please choose "Allow" so you can receive updates on the Assessment Institute.
• Click "Continue" to enter the app. Click “Schedule” at the bottom. From there you can click on the “Filters” button at the top to filter the Schedule by "Days" and/or "Tracks." Select “Speakers,” “Announcements,” or “About” menus at the bottom as needed. Click "More" for additional information regarding the Institute and to access other menus.

Account Set-Up:

Please note: if you would like to be included in social aspects within the app, you need to create a login in the app. Click on the "More" button at the bottom of the screen and select "Account"

• Click “Log in with an Email Link.”
• Enter the email address and select "Send Link."  You should use the email account that you have loaded on your device.
• From your device open your email account, then locate and open the email from Eventsential and click on "Log In Now" within the email
• This will take you back to the App.
• Click on "Account" again to add profile and social network information of your choice.

Things to keep in mind:

• This link will automatically log in to a single device.
• This link will log in to the device that houses the email client. Click this link using the ideal device to access the event.
• This link is only valid for 15 minutes. If you need to try again, please restart the process to request a new login link.

Add or Change a Password After Setting Up Your Account (OPTIONAL):

• Click on the "More" button at the bottom of the screen and select "Account.”
• Choose "Change Password" and then select "Reset Password.”
• An email will be sent to the email account you used to sign up for the App.
• From your device open your email account, then locate and open the email from RD Mobile and click on "Reset Password" within the email.
• This will take you to RD Mobile/Eventsential website to add/reset your password.

Download the Eventsential App (Android):

• Open your device's Play Store and search for and install "Eventsential" 
• Open the "Eventsential App" and search for "Assessment Institute"
• Select the "Assessment Institute App" and select "Continue"
• “Add Eventsential Dashboard Widget” by following instructions on that page
• Select the icon in your app icon list to return to Eventsential
• Click on the "2023 Assessment Institute," scroll to the bottom of the screen and select "Select This Event"
• Once you select the event you will get a message the App is being prepared
• Once prepared, select "Continue" at the bottom of the page
• Click Continue to bring up the Schedule. From there you can filter the Schedule by "Days" and "Tracks" or select "More" for additional information regarding the Institute.

Account Set-Up:

• Click on the "Menu" button at the bottom of the screen and select "Account"
• Enter the email address and select "Send Link."  For best results use the email account that you have loaded on your device.
• From your device open your email account, then locate and open the email from Eventsential and click on "Log In Now" within the email
• This will take you back to the App.
• Click on "Account" again to add profile and social network information of your choice
