Instructions for Downloading and Accessing the Eventcombo Mobile App 

To access the app, your mobile device must be connected to the email account used to register for the 2025 Assessment Institute in Indianapolis. If your mobile device is not connected to that email, of if you are unsure which email was used, please visit the Institute registration desk at the event to verify or update your email with the Institute Registrar. 

Getting Started

Please fully read the instructions below before getting started. 

Attendees have automatically been added to the Eventcombo app using the email address provided during registration for the 2025 Assessment Institute in Indianapolis. To access the app, follow these steps:  

1. Download the Eventcombo Attendee Mobile User Guide. 
   Note: The app’s appearance for our event may differ slightly from the version shown in the guide and may have fewer options. 
2. On your mobile device, open the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and search for “Eventcombo.”
3. Tap “Download” or “Install” to get the Eventcombo app.
4. Open the Eventcombo app.
5. On the “Let’s Get Started” screen, enter the email address you used to register for the 2025 Assessment Institute in Indianapolis.
6. On the “Password” screen, tap “Login Without Password.” Note: Do not enter anything in the password field.
7. You will receive an email from Eventcombo with a Secure Login Link. Make sure you have access to this email on your mobile device.
8. If you do not receive the email, or the two minute access window has expired, tap “Resend Link.” Also, check your junk or spam folder, as the email may have been filtered there.
9. Open the email from your mobile devise and tap the “Secure Login Link.”
10. You will be automatically directed to the Institute’s app home page.

App Access Issues

If you are having trouble accessing the app or are unsure which email address was used to register, please visit the registration desk to verify your email. If needed, the registrar can assist in adding a different email address into the Eventcombo system. Follow the sign marked “Onsite Registration, Payment Questions, Receipts, and App” to ensure you are in the correct line at the registrar.
