Handouts
Distributing handouts at the venue is discouraged. Instead, to ensure a positive experience, presenters are strongly encouraged to submit a single URL linking to their session handouts and materials to planning@iu.edu by Friday, June 12, 2026. This link will be published on the Santiago 2026: International Conference website for easy access during and after your session and will remain available for up to six months. Providing a direct link is the preferred method, as it ensures efficient distribution and allows attendees to access the most up-to-date materials.
Presenters are encouraged to provide a single sharable link to their materials using Google Drive, One Drive, or their institution’s learning platform (e.g. Canvas or Blackboard), or another platform of their choice (preferred method). Please ensure that permissions are set so attendees can view the materials, either to anyone with the link, through public or guest access, or without requiring a login.
If providing a URL is not possible, we will accept one single document submitted in its original, editable format (e.g. Word or PowerPoint). Multiple handouts cannot be accepted in this format and must instead be shared via single link. PDF files will not be accepted under any circumstances.
If you have provided a URL or a single document, please inform participants during your session that materials are available on the conference website at go.iu.edu/internationalconference. Attendees greatly value access to presenter materials, and we appreciate your willingness to share them.
